There are 4 order statuses: 

• At the auction
• In drafts
• In progress
• Completed

At the Auction

The order has been created, but it has not been paid for yet, and the expert has not been chosen. 

In Drafts

This order has been created but the expert has not been chosen, and the project is past the deadline (20 days). 

In Progress

The order has been created, the expert has been chosen, and the order has been paid for. But a webmaster can only get rewarded after the order is completed. After that, the order gets under warranty, and the user has 20 days to request a refund if something is wrong with the order. 

Completed

The order has been completed and accepted by the user, now the webmaster can get their reward.
